Master the art of pricing
Pricing is more than just the price. If your product or service is meeting a real market need, but growing your customer base is slower than expected or customers are saying yes too quickly and you're worried you're leaving money on the table, it might be your pricing.
Pricing is how you present your price, including all of the information, positioning, and value proposition presented alongside it. This is on your website, in your sales decks, and even verbally or in-person if you have a product on a shelf.
Get your pricing right, and you unlock your full potential to grow, scale, and attract the right customers.
This masterclass, delivered online over two afternoons, covers:
- Standard pricing models and which one is right for you
- How positioning impacts your pricing and other influencing factors
- The relationship between value propositions and price
- Discounting, communicating price increases, and other pricing changes
- Language selectivity and matching your ideal customer profile
- Practical activities and discussions, with an end-of-day task to revisit your website's pricing page (or sales deck) and how you could make instant improvements to it.
June 2026 masterclass FAQ
Where is the masterclass?
The masterclass will be delivered over Google Meet, with workshop exercises in Miro.
Why two sessions?
We know you're busy and it's hard to take time off to complete a workshop, so the sessions are spread over two afternoons so you can still get to your work and client meetings without interruption.
Session one is largely theory based while session two is more hands on and group discussions.
What do I need to prepare?
The workshop is best utilised by people currently reviewing their pricing, whether that's the actual price, the impact of introducing new products on your existing pricing structure, website reviews, or building sales assets.
It's most effective to reflect on your pricing needs and bring samples of your existing pricing assets to the workshop to discuss with the group.

"I'd recommend this pricing masterclass to anyone who has reviewed their pricing and never quite understood why it hasn't landed with a customer, it's the mix of the theory and the revision of that theory but then also the practical application in a calm, friendly setting."
